If it isn’t completely over for me what can I do to softmaxx, I’ve started using some skincare products that have already started reducing my acne slightly although any other reccs will still help (products I’m using are in photos if u wanna see) pics are from before/after I showered to not look as bloated also I do already plan on getting a haircut soon

really no alternatives to tretinoin, stop coping with retinol and get tret prescribed. anti bacterial skin care is only effective for some time, then it becomes shit.

your cope exfoliants and wash are probably not doing you any good, going on accutane (which i wont recommend to u) or tretinoin will be a massive improvement. maybe stick to a good face wash, get a clean one without phalates or endocrine disruptors. and use tretinoin + sunscreen.
