You can shorten the midface to a certain degree via Lefort 1/upper jaw impaction, but only so much

Here's a few examples: (you'll notice their faces are shorter/tighter in the midface)




Gummy smiles/vertical maxillary excess and lip incompetence are common hallmarks of a longer midface/upper jaw. Lefort 1/maxillary impaction improves the midface length by shortening it

A lip lift can also shorten a midface, in a camouflaged way. Not recommend if you want to treat the root cause of the problem.

But I already know that lefort 1 impaction and lip lift is the way to fix a long midface in a lot of cases surgically

I have a slight gummy smile , I show 5mm of teeth with my motu slightly open, And I have a long midface and philtrum. This might be the way

I'm thinking those make-up frauding tutorials, you know, when the person tries cover lip stick on their upper lift.

Long face is not so bad on a man if he has a strong lower third and a wide palate. eg. George Clooney

Best way to achieve strong lower third is via jaw and chin implants.
Non surgically I have heard of people getting filler in their jawline and jaw angles, there are likely a spectrum of results with that depending on your starting point.
The only other non surgical solution is to increase your Testosterone levels to 1200+mg/dl combined with resistance training.

when I discovered black pill I was young and under developed,
I had a long midface, about 0.92 in fact some people irl pointed it out to me that my nose was long for my face, and me being a black piller I knew that if a normie was able to pin point a flaw of yours it was OVER.

but I hard mewed 24/7 (press as hard as you fucking can) at 15, and incisor chewed hard gum every day for hours.
I honestly became more forwardly grown and my midface shortened vertically as the upswing (CCW rotation) decreased the vertical height of my maxilla and therefore the nose.

You might see some results at 17, but a lip lift is a very good idea as mms are everything in facial aesthetics.

Also a taller chin frauds a shorter midface.

When I was 15 my midface was 0.86 and now at 17 it is 0.92 because ive obviously started nasalbreathing, mouth tape and mewing, but It isnt enough, its my biggest flaw in my face.
And the most weird thing is that my maxilla is not even flat It is very forwarn grown I swear. I have a slight gummy smile too. I need lefort 1 and lip lift

I have a tall chin. But I want to change it too. Reduce a bit of vertical height and more forward

I have strong Lower third but at the same time a excesivelly tall maxilla and forehead.
Also bro horrible example George cloonie does not have a too tall skull and he has a wide skull that balances It. My case is different

I'm pretty sure the way your maxilla is rotated completely affects your midface. The more downwards your maxilla is grown/rotated the longer your midface will be. So theoretically to shorten ur midface you'd need to optimize for rotating your maxilla up and fowards
