the most weird thing is that my maxilla is not even flat It is very forwarn grown I swear.
Foward growth has little to do with ur midface length, it's about the way ur maxilla grew (aka cw/ccw rotation). U can have good foward growth if ur maxilla grew downwards it's gonna make ur face longer

I'm pretty sure the way your maxilla is rotated completely affects your midface. The more downwards your maxilla is grown/rotated the longer your midface will be. So theoretically to shorten ur midface you'd need to optimize for rotating your maxilla up and fowards
Yeah but my maxilla is already forwards and still have a long one

Yeah true and I know that but what could I do aside surgery? Any technique?

Ive just searched It and I dont find anything

This thing^

U do need orthodontic bands and something else for those bands to be anchored to. The girl in the photo has braces to do that but since u probs dont have those u could try having a custom made infra oral appliance like this:

It has the metal bar to insert the bands and if u want that appliance you'd first need a mold of ur palate (either u could make it urself or have an orthodontic laboratory do it for u idk the price should be cheap tho) then u use that mold as the base to creating the appliance (either u get the orthodontic laboratory to do it or try diy)

Also that blue bar the bands are attached to can be loosened and have it moved up and down anywhere on the metal bar. If u get the blue bar at nasal level while the bands are anchored with an appliance, theoretically the upward force could cause ur maxilla to rotate upwards.

I'm not saying you should do this im only giving ideas though

And how is that supposed to compact my face

doesn't that procedure have a mortality rate nearly at 12%
that's for the fracture; e.g. during an accident like a car crash. the actual procedure is <1%

I mention in the 3rd paragraph how the device (if used in a certain way) could potentially cause generate an upward rotation of the maxilla (aka ccw rotation). Getting ccw rotation will decrease the vertical distance of ur maxilla this shortening the midface
