possible to be a candidate for braces?

as my last post im most likely sure, i got reccomended to an orthodontist, im pretty sure i have a lateral shift in my jaw, i can only close the front teeth of my jaw and my jaw hurts would this make me deemed for being a braces candidate? If so could i become a MARPE candiate too to fix my fwhr, let me know what yall think
