for example, your health indicators could be terrible - obese, acne, bloated. 2 of these things diretly affect your ratios and how much your bones show. so if you are an ltn or mtn falling in this category, you could very well go to chadlite or even higher.
take salludon or chalom as an example. mtn bases but both ascended chadlite-chad.

now you can take an ltn or mtn with good health indicators and maybe some acne scars or bloating. even if health indicator maxxed, he'd be mtn or maybe htn depending on his case.

so its not a simple yes or no, it just depends on how bad your case is.
