Possible way to reconstruct the nose with heat/thermal??

As we all know the frontol part of the nose is made up of cartilage.
Has anyone tried this method to alter the shape of the nose to the even slightest, the possible tool would be like hot water or something like that and got successful?

Were these 2 peer reviewed? And when were these studies done?

For me,

Mewing+Tret has changed my Nose shape. Not sure abt Tret but heard somewhere that it can increase collagen(idk if increase of collagen can change nose shape).

I want to make my tip of my nose sharp and nostrils small or less vissible and my nasal ridge straight instead of curve you sure the tret will work??
Also any guide on how to use it and how long to see the results??

Possible method to reshape nose at home

The article is mainly talking about electromechanical reshaping (a superior method to heat, but harder to do yourself since it requires using tiny needles), but it mentions that heat can be used to reshape cartilage. So in theory, all we have to do is pinch the nose while heating it up. Maybe...

Yeah, but it cools to quickly in a bowl.
