Possible ways for fixing crooked teeth?

Hello, I am 13. my teeth are all crooked and messed up, and its affecting my jawline as it pushes it backwards, pushes my mouth forward and fucks my maxilla up. Is there any way to fix all of these problems without Braces or surgery or any products? As my parents wouldn't let me get them cuz They're "expensive" and "unsafe", please help as this problem has been one of my deepest insecurities
