no not really I just assumed it brings the lower third down and forwardyou don't even know whata lefort is
I'd also be looking to achieve more forward growth as my lower jaw is slightly recessed is there a surgery that can lengthen my chin and bring my lower jaw forward?Lefort 1 is a surgery that targets your upper jaw. In the photo, the distance between your chin and lower lip has lengthened. Genioplasty can achieve this.
Yes. You need BSSO + Genioplasty.I'd also be looking to achieve more forward growth as my lower jaw is slightly recessed is there a surgery that can lengthen my chin and bring my lower jaw forward?

I am aware I have a eye asymmetry and a jaw asymmetry. I am not aware of any low risk ways of correcting the eye assymetry with surgery though are you? one eye sits higher than the other/looks a bit bigger.ur face is also asymmetrical
u can get blepharoplasty for eye, orthognathic surgery for jaw, nonsurgical prodecures Botox or derma fillers for eyes braces or myofunctional therapy for jawwhat monolids?

The question is, "What are the flaws in my side profile?" He asked, and we provided the necessary answers and solutions. We didn't pressure anyone to have surgery. You idiot.Psl autists never fail to amuse me
All that would bring is 0 difference in appeal

Also, if you are truly ignorant enough to think that these surgeries can't change anything on the surface, don't bother with cosmetic surgery again.Psl autists never fail to amuse me
