this is filler bro. it's what these south american doctors specialise in. jaw, chin, cheekbones, and probably both upper and lower eyelids. add in some frauding (squinting + pouting, lighting, photoshop) and voila.

what i mean is achieving a filler-like effect ( perfect customisation and fitting to the face) but with an actual fixated augmentation of the skull ( implant ). Yes, you likely remove implants in 20 years due to bone loss and resorption but its still way more permanent than instant gratification filler.

I believe with good placement and design, it wont be noticeable (1-2mm max). I'm still learning though , and gotta consult with professionals on this

The implant? Of course, with good design. But your "natural" anatomy might just be bad. You might need to adjust other stuff like cheekbones to make it LOOK natural, but lets be real, if you need implants its because your natural anatomy is ass and needs to be changed.

Yea ofc i am not that worried about my zygo projection coz its not bad my concern is my under eyes i want saddled ior or ior implant iwth fatgrafting.not sure if i want to extend to malar area

If you get any jaw augmentation, I would combine with malars. Needs to be placed high with outward projection, not too forward.

For just undereyes, cantho + IOR mogs so hard and I rarely see it look uncanny at all. Lots of examples on forum but you've probably seen them.

Ok so if your bizygomatic width is currently wider than your bigonial: you get saddled IOR with some sort of procedure to tighten your lower eyelid ( some type of cantho, consult with Dr. )

Then you get widening jaw angle implant with genio, or even with bimax ( Giant has started adding the implants into the bimax plates, it looks so mogger btw @RealSurgerymax )

I'm speculating because I havent seen your face, but this is sorta what I need so I can imagine. To find IOR results just google "procedure you need" + looksmax and scroll through. easier than using forum search imo.
