Possibly the most retarded plan I've come up with yet (home laser surgery) GTFIH

I have a fucking annoying spider angioma on my face. So laser surgery works by converting light to heat in the veins, which causes the blood to clot and vessel walls to be destroyed, over days after the body absorbs the vessels and redirects blood flow, clearing the angioma.
Hypothetically if I were to heat a pin and poke the angioma the same process would happen. I went through some reddit threads and found other people who did this and it worked
So the plan is I will sterilise the pin, heat that mothafucka up with a lighter, press it against the angioma and pray to god I don't end up like Harvey Dent

If this is totally retarded tell me now because I'm gonna do this in like half an hour.

Tested it on a small cherry angioma on my arm and I’ve concluded that the pin isn’t sharp enough to actually puncture skin
