It’s such a myth and very over exaggerated,if you eat maintince calories after a fast it’s physically impossible to gain weight,the only problem is for the next week after a fast your body will try replace the fat fast,so you will be hungry until you way of maintince,that’s how most regards gain the weight back they eat 4k calories a day after
