post-accutane acne (16M)

I need help like crazy tbh i was on accutane aropund a year ago and it cleared my ance for aroun 6 months. Then it started to come backl so i made a derm appointment, at first he gave me tret and benzo, then recently he reccomended another course of accutane. My mom said nah bc im hella pale and coming into the summer thats a terrible idea, so we upped my tret to 0.05% but i still havent seen anyn improvement and i want to start mk for gym bc im done growing which in theory would only make it worse.m What should I do.

do the second round tbh. the first round isn't always enough
