Post accutane - Need advice

You read the title, Yes, in 2,5 months I will be done with my accutane cycle. I am currently on Hgh and reta aswell, but my derm just tells me ''get off of it i cant help you'' fuckass derm bro but apart from that.

To add - I am also planning on doing test whitin at least 6 months after I quit my cycle


My cycle
3 months - 30mg
4 Months after that - 40mg
Total - 7500mg total dose

I got a few options that i will list -
1. Do nothing (Only cleanser + moistuzer)
2. Use tret / or any other active anyone recomends
3. Micro blast any dose of accutane (20-30mg weekly or 5mg daily ''WHATEVER IS GOOD'' )

My opinion
3. I think this is the best idea bc i wont have to go trought the whole ''purging and starting phase''. Ofcourse I still have 2,5 months to research all of my options, if most agree with me I will most likealy just do that.


I already got new accutane via my source, so my dermatolist wont fuck me over. But still wondering what anyone has to add - Thanks

For those thinking '' Just discuss with derm'' I already did, she wont give me extra dosing or any longer of a cycle. She will wait 12 months before she will even consider giving me anything. I weigh 78kg, but will lean down to ~70 ish maybe a bit lower

I’m also wondering how Isotret will work with hormonal acne from tear tho, I’m on it rn and I’d hope I would get less after I finish the Isotret cycle
