Post accutane routine

I'm on a microdose accutane course, and right now I just use a gentle cleanser and a moisturizer, after the course, should I use something like tretinoin and a stronger cleanser with salicylic acid forever? And if I should use tretinoin, should it be 0.025% or higher?
