  • Supplements? I take ashwagandha, vitamin D, omega 3, creatine, theanine, tyrosine, arginine and maybe some others
Its funny how you can feel so much better at one point versus another doing apparently the exact same thing. When you come off of heavy drug abuse you feel like crap and you become anhedonic.

Post all ways to achieve the opposite.

why do use creatine?
Well I used to use it for strength gains, but then I understood that it also works a bit like a nootropic so now I take it also for that reason.
