Ectomorphs gym transformations always make me cringe so hard, those skinny fags train so hard and think they look much better while in reality they still appear frail as fuck. All pics are without clothes to make them appear muscular but in reality those muscles in clothes are invisible and they look flat as an iron board. Moreover all pics are standing by themselves, no group pics LOL, that alone is a dead giveaway that they look small in groups...even among people who never set a foot in a gym but were born with a normal/good frame.
I always cringe about those videos, ectomorphs are screwed....steroids won't make them grow their tiny frame to appear big in a group setting, if anything they will lose their hair and appear even more subhuman. Only HGH can make the frame (ie bones) grow but with enormous side effects (ie it makes all organs grow....such as the hearth, the liver, the pancreas ecc causing cancer and terrible diseases down the line).
