No, lookism at its core is a black pill belief.

Those who call themselves red pilled are men who believe that gymmaxxing is enough to become attractive to women for hooking up as long as you have average looks and you're not extremely short. The reason why they say that is because they think that if your game is good enough and you're muscular, you'll get a lot of success with women. They aren't completely wrong but it's not the game that gets the girls, it's the muscles, it's just that having a good body alone will not give you a really high success rate.

The main problem with the red pill is that it doesn't talk about the importance of facial aesthetics, neck training and so on, it is more focused on normie things like hairstyles, muscles, and personality/game, and clothes/style.
So, according to a red pilled person, men shouldn't be getting surgeries to enhance their facial aesthetics, but they are wrong since just 1 jaw surgery can be enough to make a man add points to his looks level and become much more attractive to women. The face is so much more important than the body, but that is a black pilled concept.
