I do regularly but dont workout too hard. I just try to have some fruit dairy and meat in my diet and it works fine. Just need to lose fat on my face but its hard considering diuretics like lasix dont debloat me and my bf% isnt high either judging by my vascularity. The fact that im 15 also might play a role

In all seriousness, don't be so hard on yourself at just 15 years old.
I know every little misstep feels like a disaster at that age but it really isn't.
This site is a cesspool and there will be many users here that enjoy the idea of you being in pain.
