Post covid parosmia hasnt gotten better 4 months after

I got almost all of my smell and taste back but the parosmia seems to be getting even worse kek. I sense a weird smell/taste of burned (so unique never smelled that before, laboratored virus things) whenever i move in closed space, prolly has to do with air getting in my nostrils or sth, sometimes its so fucking bad. Anyway who cares
