Perceiving eyebrows as lower-set, less uee

I wouldn't recommend supra implants unless it's a significant loss of bone, fat grafting will be better to reduce uee, won't do much for eyebrow-setness tho

Since they are looking for straighter eybrows, the supraorbital ridge would stick out to much, wich leads you to get those implants.

It's pretty hard to fix the frontal bone since the skin is also very thin there, wich gives you a shiny and implant reveal look.

That supra orbital result looks fake, even normies will be able spot that. Forehead implants and skull implants got to be some of the dumbest and autistic surgeries to get unless there is giga recession or deformity. Theres a reason why most surgeons don’t do them, and no its not because they lack the surgical skill.

There's a difference between i have them vs had them, basically he never had them before the surgeries.

Shiny as in that implants tend to make the skin shiny, there are multiple of results having the same problem, here's one of them.

My conclusion is that muscles, fat and skin thickness play a big role, that's why most of the infraorbital implants results don't shine, but i might be wrong tho so take this as a theory.

Same applies for malar implants, they look shiny wich might make this theory true, but i also think that the bigger the implant, the more shiny it might look.

Yes but for many cases they already healed, they still had the shiny look, i don't think you saw many implant results from giant, but a lot of them were already healed, but i might be wrong ngl.

I saw him on plastic surgery thread on Reddit, I think he said Jaw implants from Gonial. And then a bimax from some Turkey surgeon.

Yeah I actually think his results are pretty decent. Conservative and looks natural. I think most Giants patients that get botched are because they are going for him for extreme surgeries or implants all over their face. I feel like if one needs implants to that degree, then it’s probably over, not in a rope kind of way. But accept one
is ugly and moneymaxx. Theres other things to life than pussy.

Conservatives implants in the infra-zygo area can look good, but with all implants be prepared for at least 1 revision to get the result you want. That said some people want more of a bold look, and conservative implants is not going to satisfy them. If one is recessed and no cheekbones whatsoever, one isn’t going to get Model-esque looks, one’s goals should be to eliminate zygomatic hypoplasia. Not try to create a Halo that doesn’t fit one’s anatomy. Basically one needs to choose between Natural or striking, but striking can look uncanny as its not a genuine feature. l personally like Natural look, versus augmented. Even filler can easily be overdone, which I’ve done and looked better once it dissolved.
Also soft tissue plays a huge part in the result, which isn’t always predictable.
