Eppley's fees for custom implants aren't actually that bad, I've heard of doctors in LA charging over 25K

Idk why, but implants dont give a rly sharp jaw line for some reason.

They don't give a "sharp" look because implants over bone just create unnatural thickness. The bigger the implant, the more noticeable that will be. Whereas a natural good looking jaw will have a good shape, but not be an inch thick.

He posted pic at the end of last year with his design for 126th jaw implant of the year.

126 surgeries (jaw only!) in one year and no results online doesn’t look suspicious to any of you?:lul:

Yeah ik, i don’t think i’ve seen a single one from anyone on looksmax or lookism. To be fair tho, your results were pretty incredible.

Lets be real you have a massive bias against Eppley he fucked you over with privacy, but the result he gave you was probably the best cheekbone improvement in history of surgery, lefort 3 ZSO and anything else included. I think Eppley is more legit for cheekbone improvements than jaw improvements.

I agree the custom jaw implant results are never transformative because they look bloated and unnatural when using big sizes, I think they're only really good for subtle improvements like Zuzzcel got because he was so conservative. It looked real natural on him and gave a decent improvement without bloat, but they cant turn incel jaws into chad jaws thats for sure.

The first one is Eppley, but I think it was too much augmentation.

See he also got big custom cheekbone implants from Eppley as well, to keep the harmony with his jaw. But then the problem now is that his upper third and IPD look too small and probably unnatural in real life.

You gotta be subtle with this implants to get results that dont look uncanny valley. Your better safe (slightly under projected but still improved) than sorry (overprotected and looking completely fake and weird IRL).

Look at Zuzzcel result from lookism, this is a much more legit jaw and cheekbone improvement because he didn't go too extreme. He actually improved instead of looking like a ken doll:

after, natural looking but big improvement. Looks more masculine and aesthetic.

Zuzzcel also went with Eppley. As you know Eppley listens to his clients even if they ask for crazy sized implants, thats why some of his results look comical and some really good, its down to the patients decision, and he is just the tool to do what you want done (for good or bad).
