Post examples of HTNS, chadlites and chads surgerymaxxing

I looked on the internet but didnt find many examples of HTNs, Chadlites and Chads looksmaxxing and doing surgerys

Why on earth would a CL or Chad get surgery... there'd be hardly anything to improve.

cause they wanna improve their looks?
On the LL discord and forum there are some greys that went from 180 to 188 or even 195
Some guy did LL at 184 to 193.
So in LL we have guys with htn/chadlite heights doing it.
Where are the face maxers?
Chadlites and HTNs, i wanna see examples of them surgerymaxxing
