Coloring + Shape + Hairs =everything.

Good iris to pupil contrast with thick limbal rings make the eye color even more striking.

You dont need all those psl features. (they obv help and make the eye more striking).

It's all about averageness, coloring contrast, good indicators of youth and health with "high appeal" eyes tbh.
