my morning routine (very first things I do after waking up):
  1. List 3 things I’m grateful for and rationalise why
  2. List the main things I have to do for the day and why I’m excited to do them
  3. List all my current goals, short and medium term
  4. Morning notes (just dumping whatever happens to be on my mind onto paper or a note file for 10-15 minutes)
I do these while under a red light lamp, and since starting a month ago I’ve gone from a MAXIMUM of 1 hour of productivity a day to at most 2 hours of wasted time a day (and that’s only if I’m doing mostly menial tasks in a day)

Where you have it from? You write down the things every day?

Just some things I’ve picked out from various self improvement videos on YouTube. No, I used to but it took too long so the only thing I write out is number 4, and number 3 once a fortnight. Instead I just speak it out loud

Make your bed every morning. And try to listen to at least a couple pod casts a week wake up early at like 8 latest every day except on weekends if you'd like. Read self help books. Doing this will lead you to success
