Police brutality against blacks does not exist simply put. They commit 50% of the violent crime, yet they only get shot 25% of the time. They get shot proportionally less than any off race.

They aren’t actually disadvantaged, the only disadvantages they have are the ones placed upon them by themselves, their culture holds them back along with their actions. There is no institutional power holding them back. In fact there are affirmative action programs which seek to only allow black people in which is the very opposite of being disadvantaged.
