Post Injection Pain

Been pinning 300mg of test E for about 3 weeks now my stuff is legit but for some reason sense Friday after i pinned my right ventrogluteal I've been in terrible pain can barly walk cant lift up my leg I've tries muscle creams, pain relievers, icing it, and its fucking terrible haven't been able to sleep in 2 days I've had no problems pinning until now . Does any have any solutions or should i go to the ER to get it checked out.

xD i had the same thing but with boldenone + some t esters which made my pain probably 2x worse, dont pin glutes, for me it always makes the pain so horrible, always pin the upper side of your leg

you might have pinned some vein or nerve tho idk

if the pain doesnt go away in 3-4 days be concerned
