How long to feel the effects of 500 mcg bpc 157 and 1 mg retatrutide? Also please help me to double check that is the amount I took: Both were 5 mg vials in powder to start and reconstituted with 1 mL (100 units) of BAC water, then I took 10 units of the reconstituted bpc and 20 units of the reconstituted reta. Just want to make sure I didn’t under or overdose. Lastly, does bpc 157 only help with actual muscle and tendon injury or will it also help to speed up the recovery of my muscles after weightlifting allowing me to lift more next session leading to more gains? Ik that a dumb question and I’m sure i’ll find out next time I shoulder press since I injected into my shoulder and bicep.
