Post op canthoplasty + blepharoplasty

Complete waste of ps. U had no clear structural failos and ur smv didnt raise one bit. U could even say it was a looksmin because now u have the typical post-cantho borderline uncanny look. Get on accutane, start grooming and start lifting if this is about getting girls. If its a niche hobby done so u could impress a bunch of myopic, socially maladjusted autists, get a lefort 2.
He doesn't have the uncanny Tufano look at all lmao

It was actually done pretty well

The only notable thing is the swelling / blood that hasn't healed yet

Yeah for sure , fat grafting to the lower eyelid and upper eyelid when i get to low bodyfat % , i need support for my lower eyelids since i have recessed infras and hope fat will do the job , although i will prob do like 2-3 sessions of it since fat dissolves alot on the lower eyelids
I was really thinking about it and I don't think you should overfill the upper eyelid if you were planning to (still graft the upper eyelid but be cautious).

Maybe I'm just being too autistic but the shape of your hooding looks like it can easily turn into negative hooding.

Also OP do some soft maxxing at least. Shave the pubes on your face and grow out your hair.

Accutane makes you infertile and causes liver toxicity plus night vision loss and depression psychosis

Stop listening to FaceLowIQ. Accutane doesn't make you infertile lol. It can clinically affect the liver maybe 1% of the time.

Don't fearmonger people that would actually benefit from it

Women can't get pregnant while non it or risk birth defects.

So depends on the person like that screenshot says their internal organs bled. So many anecdotal evidence of dangers

Thanks for sharing your experience with candid, unfrauded, full-face pictures. It is very much appreciated.

Here's a morph showing what you may look like once the scars have faded, blood-shot eyes are healed, and after fat grafting to the upper eyelids :

Tr

I don't think the post-cantho eye shape looks uncanny (I haven't altered it). A fat graft to the upper eyelids will definitely harmonize the area.

In that case I'll start shit posting on every YouTube video about raw meat talking about how I developed osteoporosis and insomnia.

It's anecdotal evidence at the end of the day.

I'm already on accutane, my skin has been like that since I've been 13, it's the only option, most of the stuff you said are not true, go to r/accutane

Thank you for the morph btw, I will use it in the future

From what I know, if you manage the first six months well, you can ensure that most of the fat doesn't get lost

For example,

drastically reducing exposure to blue light

Wear sunglasses outdoors

Reducing eye movement for many things

+supplements and etc etc

After the 6 months, the fat level will depend on your body fat % , and I advise you to be at the lowest possible body fat % when you will do fat graft .

I believe it’s totally genetic. I literally did 0 maintenance. Slept badly, lost weight, bad diet, 10+ hours on phone or r6, etc. all of this done within the first 3 months after the surgery

Yet my survival was decent.

But I’ve seen results of people losing loads of their fat compared to me, despite using loads of methods to try and maintain it.

is this someone you recommend vermicel?
Bossman recently recommended her in another thread ; he's geeked out oculoplastics quite much, so you may trust his opinion.

Dr Ayse? Depends what for. I’ve consulted her in person and spoken to her quite a bit.

She’s a capable, honest oculoplastic surgeon who will not jeopardise your safety. However her pricing is on par with Western surgeons despite not having the same skillset.

I would not recommend her for ptosis as she was absolutely clueless in my case.

She is good with blepharoplasty. She has good results of doing lower lid retraction repair with spacer grafts, but not every oculoplastic surgeon agrees with her approach of using ear cartilage. But this is a very helpful surgery for hunter eyes.

She does not seem to have much experience with canthoplasty or canthopexy and I’d go to someone else for that.

OP went to Nilgun Demet Ozcelik who has far more dramatic results, but also a more questionable reputation. Personally I wouldn’t risk it, but it’s not a bad budget option.

To add my own experience:

My survival rate on my supras were reallly high, but infras mostly died. Fully genetic, also my recovery was wayyy longer, u looked "presentable" literally 1-2 weeks post op no?

It took me 2 months... :feelswhy:

Exactly bruh. Your supra survival was better than mine for sure. I think it could be genetic yes, we had completely different healing timelines too which was weird.
