My lower lip is numb af, my chin and lower teeth hurt, atleast the drugs start to wear off

i stumbled on your thread yesterday excited to see your results. Only thing I would question is the vertical length you had done and the lack of horizontal length. I think it would have been more ideal to do a little less for vertical and more horizontally. Any chance you can post a frontal pic, covering your eyes of course. This is similar to GiantGenio or GenioGiant right?

Yeah that's okay, I don't know what giant genio is , if you are asking if the designer is Giant, it's not, Pagnoni has its own custom designers.

These are in my hotel room taken like 5 mins ago, and 6 hours post the surgery, I have alot of swelling rn so I cannot judge anything yet, the mask will stay 3 days more

looks really good the width looks nice and you needed vertical work done so that was right as well. You cant see that in the side profile as much but this looks really good. Looking forward to seeing your final results

Result will look good.
But 50% of the bone movement will be hidden by this abomination layer of fat
Put the fork down or hop on reta I can hook u up with Chinese sources if necessary

I have reta waiting for me at home , i have not used it yet because i sent it to a Janoshik lab to test its purity, after the results come i will start using it , thank you tho

i have surgery soon and i am trying to fatmax but its not working
 
Even though we disagreed on the ideal procedure for your case, I'm glad your surgery went well. Its what you think and how you feel that counts at the end of the day, not others. Congrats and good luck with any future procedures. Also your genio will look way better after you lean down.

I cannot judge anything yet besides only the projection itself since it's the only visible "bone" right now. Height and width right now is very swollen, I will post full results after 2-3 months post op, when the swelling is 90% gone, the chin was downgrafted 3.5mm only which by itself is moderate, not extreme, not too light

Maybe in 6-8 months , my goal right now for the swelling to go away completely and just lose fat on the face for final results , eye hardmaxxing is probably the most risky shit

Do the anti bacterial mouthwash they give you, 3 times a day, at least 3 minutes after brushing your teeth

Currently i dont brush due to the stitches on my gums , i only use the mouthwash 3-4 times a day

Thats normal , it hurted in the first 1-2 days , now im 5 days post op , no lower teeth pain , but im still swollen and my lower lip and chin area are 95% numb

Haha bro is 2 days post op stressing out already talking about fillers
It’s ok bro it’ll be hell for the first 5 days then the burn will go down

For now spam ice. Use a cold liquid mask if you can

Dont be a pussy, honestly did you really go into as serious surgery as bimax without looking at the recovery / consequeces. I know for a fact now with my 3d genio i cant feel my lower lip , lower teeth , lower gums , whole chin area , i cant smile or talk properly because the muscles and nerves of the chin and lips have ben altered, and the bloating is even worse i look like i have downsyndrom my chin is so long and swelled, everytime i go outside i dont make eye contact with people, and it will be like that for 2-3 months, but i prepeared myselved before the surgery for this.
