You should have pushed for 7-10mm widenning at least.
I dont care if you would have needed a bone graft.
This would look better.

But honestly your skin is so shit.
If you fix that, get rhino, lipp lift, cantopexy, infraorbital implants and shave that disgusting unibrow and beard you could get to a decent build and ofc get lean in the process and you need jaw angle implants

Its so crazy to me that people would go under the knife before even doing basic softmaxxes. Accutane, leaning out, general gromming (look at your eyebrows) wouldve have been cheaper and produced better results.

Mirin the result bro. Don't bother with the retards here. Surgeries should be subtle, you can't expect to ascend from a surgery alone for most cases, and if you'll try to do so, then the chances of you looking botched and unnatural increases, and then it's completely over for you.
