Post overbite

I had an overbite and my orthodontist fixed it, no surgery, just told me to move jaw forward and holt it there, only things that were holding my jaw beside myself were 2 rubbers on my braces. will good posture, mewing (I have tongue tie but its not that bad, my tongue is still pretty flexible), sleeping enough and other stuff help me with recession? I'm 15 btw

Yes but it feels very weird and uncomfortable

Now I have ideal bite, if I will move back (to position that I had before) it won’t be horrible because I have pretty harmonious face
