He just needed slight genio, he said to the surgeon that he have a double chin jfl

I don't see any double chin, he just wanted more straight submental which is achieved by genio cuz he's chin point tilt up slightly

With genioplasty, zso, HT and beard transplant.
Thats the reason why I don't know how much forward growth is necessary during the bimax + genio. He went from a straight side profile (not that recessed from side) to alot of projection. Your case looked bad from it, both had the same starting point. These guy also got a jaw that is way more projected and look good with it.
