i wonder if this would work for me, i have a decent maxilla buut my mandible is slightly recessed, but not so recessed as to merit bimax imo and i wonder if i could do it without it appearing too unharmonious.
I used to consider bimax but genioplasty has lately been a more appealing option. The best results seem to come from people with subhuman chin angles (advancing them alone through say bimax won't fix their angles as far as I know)
yeah it seems like all the good bimax surgeons do genio anyway, makes it hard to ascertain tbh whether a good result is due tto the bimax or the genio and maybe was possible with just the latter?
