I would say I have a good base for surgery, idk what you mean by ascension, like if you mean Chad than I don't have a good base for that, but when I get bimax + genio + chin implant than It should be a good enough improvement to call an ascension.

But I'll have to see after I get my surgeries to know truly if it is a major improvement
