Ion know why but I love pizza but hate the ones they sell at the pizza shops, traditional Italian pizza Margherita

Made it every week for like the past month tastes amazing.
You can add some grilled chicken onto it too and make sure the sauce is homemade + flavourfull

I tried making a pizza a day or two ago, but it wasn't all that good. The bred was too soft, I probably put too much sauce.

Was the dough homemade? Maybe it wasn’t rolled out enough and undercooked
Make sure if the sauce is watery you let it simmer for a bit for water to evaporate then strain clumps.
