people suffer more this days. the anime that you're watching is created to keep you quiet. it's the only way to make you work the system while not going crazy. escapism. you can't live without it because the stress is too high in this current world. back then people could sit for hours, they didn't need to run for their phone or watch the new tv series to cool themselves. the only way for you to adopt is to play your little videogames and your anime. when the stress is too high, you find more things to deal with it.
