1. 3 days a week sprint. Days i dont sprint i run for 8 miles/train for box everyday/doing PUSH-PULL-LEGS

2. Supplements everyday:
-B1
-K2 120mcg+D3 10kiu+Calcium+trace minerals for bonemax
-Betacarotene 25k iu for skin color
-Spirulina
-Iodine
-Selenium
-PQQ (hiit everyday)
-Creatine
-Niacin
-Curcuma
-Pterostilbene (100mg )
-Boron 6mg
-Probiotics
-Pycnogel (100mg)
-ashwagandha (500mg)
-vit C (500mg)
-Metformim
-NMN

3. Supplements when fasting(24 hours/week)
-Morning of fast:
1000mg Berberine, 1 tab PQQ, 200mg DIM, 100mg Sting Root, B12

4. Nutrition
-Oats and lentils should be let 12 hours in water after night for easy digestion
-No Diary products
-No inflamatory foods
-Polyphenols (1500ml green tea + 5 apples + coffee in morning)
-Quercetin (100g broccoli + 100g kale + onion + carrots)
-Green Vegetables rich diet
-Red meat , Tuna , Eggs
-Low carb diet (i take carbs from fruits pomegranate especially increase test)

5. Skinmaxx:
Redlight therapy,ghk cu,copper peptides,retin a, derminator 2

Sometimes:
Niacin flush with 2g
MSM to clear heavy metals

What i need to add asap:
-5 iu hgh everyday
-Test cycle with bulking

What i plan for future:
Get everything maxx untill i do surgeries at 24 so surgeries would be last thing i need

I chew, workout, collagen, glusomaine and condrotonin +MSM , minox all daily. Will get K2 today worth a try

wakeup go out in the sun. stretch and meditate. make green tea.

take PQQ and go running on the beach.

break fast with an apple or bananas or whatever around 2-3.

dinner. fatty meat, salmon, meat or chicken. broccoli or green beans. potatoes or rice. some fruit. big meal tbh. no pork.

supps at dinner= B9,B12 for my fucked MTHFR gene lol, Creatine, resveracel, glucosamine sulfate, fish oil, vit C, multivitamin. MK-677 and Melanotan 2 to help with MK-677 fucking up insulin sensitivity. Cycle DSIP.

sunscreen, tret in seasons other than summer, copper peptides, bengis skincare guide and monthly facials.

optimize sleep, get 7 hours at least

chamomile tea for the apigenin

apigenin+PQQ+MK-677+Creatine. good for not going catabolic and staying anabolic in a caloric deficit state.

Only thing I would add to OP is timing as some nutrients compete with eachother, i.e. A and D3. If you take them at the same time results are diminished. Would also add astaxanthin for skincolormaxxing.

Pycnogenol is legit, probably the best skinmaxxing supplement that few people know about.
