Weeell I guess I'm not particularly addicted to anything; more so everything that gives me dopamine in general. I can go without nicotine pouches quite easily if I run out e.g., but it seems to me like the benefits outweigh the negatives. If I have something to enjoy then I can focus on that and abstain from other things or vice versa.
