I'm 5 foot 7 and I eat around 2500 cals or 3000 sometimes. I'm 54 KG

190cm 2500-3000 daily, ended up almost underweight anyway

Height isn’t fully due to genetics, environment does play a significant role but eating a shit ton won’t make you taller than your predisposed height ngl. :feelswah:

15, also I’m not gonna do LL since I believe it’s not worth it at my height. My adult height is guessed to be around 6’2.

I wish I ate better growing up but I never went to sleep hungry so Idk if anything would have been different. Its really pointless wasting energy on what could have been, Im just going to focus on what can be.
