youre squinting too hard bro, relax a bit, canthalt tilt is good, esr is okay, under eye area weak, needs fat grafting or infraorbital rim implants, maybe some green or blue contacts, good medial canthus too, try cutting your eyebrows at the end to make them less close together

looks more like the right is more droopy which isnt that big of a deal especially irl. you need fat grafting for youre under eye area, and also try to thicken darken and make both youre eyelashes and eyebrows longer

ok to be fair youre right on this, i have to admit that i dont quite understand what infras or fat grafting do better than the other, wouldnt it always be better to imitate real bone? genuinely interested if you can explain this to me

Its kinda complicated and case specific, but generally dark/purple indicates lacks of fat. Putting a infra implant would have a higher chance of reveal because of the lack of fat in the region making(why you see the purple/dark is because you see the blood, thin skin which would make a implant visible too). But it also for many not a bone problem, or i mean essentially everything is bone problem to some extent but that doesnt mean a implant would solve it either way as the soft tissue has adapted to the lack of bones often making the lower eye lid saggy and the fat go away. Infras are mostly a thing you do in combo, and its also mostly for people with more bulging eyes, or people who want to go the whole way. But then they would need more procedures often

the tilt appears negative because of my brutal sphenoid asymmetry +it is only appears negative on the left not right you could see it I should solve that
