I am going to cut down and go all-in in arms just to get a decent douchy Tinder photo lol

2 day split as of now

Mon, thu - back/chest
tue, fri - Legs/arms

might do extra neck work on wednesday and weekends.

whats yours?

When I used to workout I would do 30 minutes of cardio (stairmaster or treadmill) then I would do 30 minutes of weight lifting. I would take creative and protein drink afterward. Before the workout I would drink an amino acid energy powder with water.

Now I don’t do shit...

Ppl but usually skip leg days

Also Cardio for health... and longer lasting erections

My full-body routine, 3 times a week. Takes 90min to complete if u don't waste time fucking around.

1 warmup set always for all exercises.

1. Overhead Press 3x12
2. Lat Pulldown 3x12
3. Squat 3x12
4. Bench Press 3x12
5. Bent over Row 3x12
6. Neck Curls, 3x25. + Leg Raises 3x20. (Superset)
7. Reverse Fly 3x12. + Reverse Curls 3x12. (Superset)
8. Ab crunches 3x25. + Shoulder Raises 3x25. (Superset)

If I am feeling lazy or tired, I will skip on 3. Squats. (Fuck legday) And on the 7. and 8. supersets. Only do 1 2 4 5 6 and go home.

I chew gum for 15 hours a day, I only train for jaw
 
I do the deszo routine off the ditillo2 site. Basicly 2 or 3 compound lifts for low reps and high sets everyday pretty much. Pure ogremaxxing
