comb my luscious hair out my face to commence skincare routine

wash my face with water only because i have dry skin

apply benozyl peroxide 10% then wash off after 5 min

apply sunscreen for the day ahead

get dressed

head out

come home

take oral castor oil and gelatin powder (i also am on ray peat diet in the day)

go to gym

come home

train neck and abs

take shower

cleanse skin with cleanser

apply 0.05 tretinoin from pharma

wait 30 min

apply 5% urea and petrolatum

after that I spray RU58841 to my hairlline

then i sleep and have dreams about o pry and lucky blue smith

urea makes your skin super soft because its an emmollient, in higher concentrations they use it on flaky cracked feet skin, so you can imgaine why its effective on the face

petrolutum was shown to hold the most water in the face compared with oils, it is the best occlusive by far. downside is u have to use it at night because it looks very greasy

gelatin powder is a ray peat diet thing i cba to write about it but it helps sleep and hair growth

i use this, it has both urea and petrolatum. you use it at night as a heavy moisturiser. i would never go in public with it because its so heavy, your face will look greasy

but when u wake up and wash it all off you are left with soft ass skin which will stay hydrated for the whole day easily (as someone with super dry skin)
