-Vitamin D3 (crucial for dark winter months)
-Multivitamin (cope?)
-Omega 3 (don’t eat enough fish)
-zinc and ashwangandha for that testo boost
-Magnesium (2 hours before bed for sleepmaxx)
-L-theanine + coffeine before exams for focus
