Comment down below what supplements/vitamins you take (and why)

I start:
-Vitamin D3 (crucial for dark winter months)
-Multivitamin (cope?)
-Omega 3 (don’t eat enough fish)
-zinc and ashwangandha for that testo boost
-Magnesium (2 hours before bed for sleepmaxx)
-L-theanine + coffeine before exams for focus
 
Progesterone
Vitamin K
Vitamin D
Vitamin E
11-KDHT
DHEA
Pregnenolone

Supplements are mainly cope cause you can get the nutrients from a natural diet. Peptides appear to be more legit though

I quit using sulforaphane after no results. Might start back up on that.

Yea I wanted to say this but didn’t wanna derail the thread but it’s too fucking true. Might as well just spend the money on quality foods and reap more benefits
