i feel like it's theoretically possible to get a result similair to that morph but you would need like 500k, very high iq and planning ability, mulitiple books worth of knowledge about craniofacial growth, beauty and orthoganic and plastig surgery, lots of time, low inhib, being brutally honest enough to rate your current self objectly and let yourself be eviscerated by this forum, be lucky enough that knowledagble memebers exist, can point out your flaws and know the fixes, thin skin, a good enough base, luck and the mental and physical fortitude to go through all the pain. If you even lack 1 of these you wont be able to follow through or you will botch your face. Thus, hardmaxxing is a pipedream for most

honestly i dont even know. I mostly said that because i cant point out anything glaringly wrong with your face. You may be in that inbetween htn and chadlite limbo, where there are really no surgeries which would increase your psl or smv and any implants would ruin your harmony too much for it to be worth the dimorphism/ornament increase
