Been told I look good and no longer like the skinny kid I was in sixth form.
Tbh the bigger life-fuel is how much I improved from 18. When I was 18, I was an insecure kid who wasn't sure of his life, no muscles, no confidence, no ability to defend himself. Nothing at all. In the space of 3 years I've improved a lot, I am more muscular, I have a tremendous amount of confidence and no longer fear people since I started training how to fight, and best of all. I'm not as insecure, I used to be so unsure of my place as a man. I was 18, legally an adult but had done nothing, couldn't even cook properly or do a lot of shit. I'm 21 and I can basically live the life of an adult and be self sufficient. I don't feel like a child anymore. I'm still lost, but a little less lost from 3 years ago.
The true redpill is that as long as you are better than you were yesterday, then you will make it. Life is about improvement and developing your character.
