Posterior Open Bite has no solutions other than surgery or recession

Fuckin perma jut for 2 or 3 years since 15 and its uncomfortable to go back to overbite, i have a deep overbite or used too but when I eat now i go str8 back to it (physically uncomfortable) but 24/7 at rest my front 2 teeth touch but christ i got like 5-7mm of space on my molars and other teeth (but i look ok, atleast not recessed overbite at rest, genuinely move my jaw and chin back like half an inch or more)
Every single ortho solution recesses some part of my face whether its face height or maxilla
Although.. under my medical insurance i only need 2 mm of space to qualify for surgery, and its basically bimax
I need help convincing my ortho i need it and what i need to say to get an exact plan
its lf1 and bsso + posterior downgrafting w/ ccw rotation , it would keep my jaw position and give me forward growth without rlly recessing anything except a few mm of midface height i believe
but if i miss even like 1 of these if ortho and surgeon dont find it necessary or if i get rejected in the first place and they want to recess me again id have to live wit this shitty eating overbite
when i bite down i dont have any space between my molars so its probably a dual bite, but i hear a whistle which is some tmj bullshit issue
if theres no jaw bone issues ion qualify for surgery though how do i convince my damn ortho before i go in !! i read maybe go to a orthognatic ortho first

also prob why my lower third is short/narrow, i cant rlly train massetters like that
