posting a megathread on SFS guide soon thoughts.?

The most brutal failo a person can have is sfs. its almost over very tough flaw to fix as not even some hardmaxxes will give you good results . Normally also if you have sfs and and you are not obese it is likely you have a weak frame and thin neck. Tbh i put insane effort but I have a fear it will get lost in all the shitposts of this forum. Any tips on formatting would be appreciated. (studies will be linked).
