I challenge you to give me one good reason for posting a guide on this forum. If your goal is to look better than everybody else around you the best thing you can do is advance and not let others do the same. Sharing is full of downsides and has no upsides
Seek knowledge as much as you can but never share what you learn, especially if you think it's valuable.
There are 3 main reasons people decide to post guides on this forum:
1 - Some people are just kind and want to share what they learned with others. I think if you belong to this group the best thing you can do is share the information you own with the people around you (friends,family etc...) instead of doing it with random people on the internet. Of course this doesn't apply to things like roiding and drugs because you would never want people you love to get hurt but if your method has such major downsides it's probably not it anyways.
2 - You think you have found the method and want to have some kind of feedback from other people. In this case I also think it's pretty useless, especially in a time where basically all information is available for free to everyone. Doing research by yourself is much more valuable and will ensure you don't follow any advice blindly, which could lead to bad consequences. You will understand things on a much deeper level and if you think you have found a legitimate way to look better you can try it on yourself and you'll see wheter it works or not.
3 - You are trying to get attention from other people. Parasociality is very common in forums such as this one and if you think you belong to this category ( there is nothing wrong in admitting you do) I would hope that by reflecting a bit you'd come to the conclusion that what you are doing is just a waste of time and will not help you improve in any way.
FINAL NOTE:
If you have not found the method to ascend you might disagree with what I'm saying because you are hoping someone posts what you are looking for here. But even if that were to happen the person posting the guide will have gotten the information he's sharing to you somewhere else, maybe from a content creator on youtube or by reading a scientific study, which means what you are looking for is already out there, you just need to find it. And I guarantee you that doing your own research will help you get to that much faster than rotting on here hoping some day some retard will share the knowledge to you. It will also ensure you don't go down the wrong path by being mislead by other people who might sound convincing but know much less than you do.
