It's gonna get downvoted cuz redditors won't be able to understand it. If it's not something they are used to, something within their capacity then they get angry and dislike it. Redditors DONT like new ideas, they only like stuff that they already know just recycled and phrased differently so that it gives the illusion of being something new.

I remember one particularly bad thread on /r/AskHistorians.
A user asked these "historians": "What caused the dramatic rise of violent crimes and urban decay in the mid-to-late 1960s?"
The top answer on the thread blames deindustrialization, surbanization, and racial segregation.

Here is the problem with this answer: Statistics, memoirs, and ethnography all contradict this view. - The issue with blaming the rise on crime as being caused by middle-class white people leaving, is that crime came first. While there was a gradual move of whites from the city to the suburbs starting the 1950s, this flow turned into a flood only after rising violence.

And keep in mind that not your average liberal reddit user answered this. It was "historians" on reddit. And yet, they don't know this. I was perplexed by the sheer amount of stupidity that is prevalent on reddit. The worst part is that they all think they are smarter than they actually are.

historians on reddit are still redditors so what did you expect? they think they are smart because they are surrounded by others who share the same views with them, they get validation that way.

Redditors are bluepilled far-left socialist communist dimvits, they won’t be able to understand any high IQ or based stuff. It’s a fucking circlejerk of recycled leftist woke ideas. They just live in their own bubble, not being slightly realistic about anything. Their worldview is so warped and unrealistic it’s hilarious. And anything that slightly challenges their worldview they will do anything to fight against, do everything to ostracize the ones with the "bad" ideas that are correct. If there are someone who are not deserving of life it’s redditors.
